Ordering repeat prescriptions

If your doctor has authorised a repeat prescription you can order it by using one of the below methods.

• via the NHS App.
• SystmOne Online if you have registered.
• Telephoning the Prescription Line on 01670 503282 which is open 9.30am-12pm or 1pm-4.30pm. (There is an answering machine available outside of these hours).
• Completing the counterpart of your prescription and putting it in the box in reception.

We do ask for at least 48 hours notice excluding the weekend and if you would like it sent to your nominated pharmacy they require a further 48hours to order and put the medication up for you.
